Abstracts for original research work, clinical case series or single case reports to be submitted asfollows:

 

1. A short informative title containing the major key words. Ideally, the title should not contain abbreviations.

 

2. The full names of each author with their job designation (e.g., Specialty Registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology), and institutional affiliations where the work was conducted. Do not include qualifications or professional titles. The presenting author must be the first listed.

 

3. Abstract text in no more than 250 words, structured with subheadings as appropriate (introduction / methods / results / conclusion OR background / case report(s) / conclusions)

 

4. Do not include tables, illustrations or references in the abstract.

 

5. Standard font size 11, single line spacing

 

6. Indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation. The organising committee will endeavour to accommodate your preference but cannot offer guarantees.

 

Abstracts to be submitted via the website Abstract Hub page by 2nd February 2027.

Acceptance or otherwise and the mode of presentation will be advised by e-mail on or before 11.30pm GMT on 17th March 2027.
